ITO deposition processing with anti-reflective film: It is a filter that transmits light and electricity.

It is a high light-transmitting ITO coating that combines an ITO film (transparent conductive film) with a dielectric multilayer anti-reflection film. It prevents condensation while allowing high transmission.

- Achieving both excellent transparency and antistatic properties with ITO. We can apply anti-reflective coatings that are most suitable for the desired wavelength range according to customer specifications. Furthermore, we can also coat metals such as aluminum or nickel on top of the ITO film with good adhesion, making it suitable for sensors that require electrodes on the glass surface. Are you facing any of these issues? - Can you coat a film that allows both light and electricity to pass through simultaneously? - Is it possible to apply anti-reflective properties? - Can pattern processing be done after coating with ITO? - Is it possible to prioritize resistance values in the coating?

Partial deposition is also possible! Vacuum deposition processing utilizing expertise.

Examples of main products include automotive parts, cosmetic caps, plastic models, and lighting components!

Our business group, "Kokisha Co., Ltd.," is a company engaged in vacuum deposition processing. We evaporate metals such as aluminum and Hastelloy in a vacuum and deposit them onto the surfaces of plastic molded products, metal pressings, castings, films, etc., to impart functions such as reflectivity, resistance value, and appearance to the products. Additionally, for partial deposition, we utilize our past know-how, consult during the design phase, apply masks during prototyping, and create products that satisfy our clients from the initial stages. [Features] - We can propose functionalities and appearances requested for the product during the design phase. - We can accommodate the desired color tone through topcoat painting after deposition. - It is also possible to give gloss and metallic feel to engineering plastics such as nylon and PPS. - We propose packaging methods that maintain the quality of the processed products upon delivery. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
